	Job Description
	My nuclear client is looking for a HSE Manager to join their team in Somerset. To provide strategy, direction and representation on all Divisional HSE matters by leading and developing a positive HSE culture in PD. To ensure that any statutory and legislative HSE requirements are implemented in PD. Ensuring provision of the HSE plan and undertaking of HS audits. Responsible for supporting the PD team by providing advice and guidance on all HSE matters. To promote PD HSE consistency, establish and maintain liaison with directors, direct reports, PPMs, corporate and station HSE groups so that PD operates consistently with their requirements. To establish and provide KPI and best practice information for PD. Pro-active creation and implementation of programmes to underpin zero tolerance to HSE issues / problems. Increasing PD awareness of all HSE matters. To provide support for regulatory agency and interface as required. Qualifications IOSH / NEBOSH Certified NEBOSH HSE Diploma or European equivalent Operational / working knowledge of CDM Regulations. Preferably a member of a recognised professional HSE organisation.
