	Job Description
	My client has a vacancy for a Civil CAD ENGINEER to join their team due to expansion. This position will be based in Leeds on a full time basis and is a permanent role. Job responsibilities: Prepare assigned deliverables for bids and projects which are technically correct and meet project specifications and objectives Ensure all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets Works with the team to identify options, resolve technical issues and provide creative solutions to technical problems Conduct or co-ordinate site surveys and investigative work and record data for use in the design of the scheme to allow the design to progress to meet client requirements Ensure that all activity meets both company standards and external regulatory requirements with respect to Health, Safety and the Environment to ensure the company's obligations and policies in these areas are fully complied with. Candidate requirements: Works and communicates well within a project team environment. Knows their own strengths and weaknesses, knows when to ask for support/guidance Ability to contribute to the development of any of the following : o Process drawings o Mechanical drawings o Civil drawings o Electrical drawings Please note it is ESSENTIAL for candidates to have had previous experience of working on UK water industry projects which have to include either infrastructure (water treatment) or non infrastructure ( Underground piping).
