	Job Description
	HandS Officer acting as part of Architect Engineering Project Team. Working to support HandS Manager in OHS management of the Sizewell site. Key Responsibilities The role is to support the HandS Manager in ensuring that the site is operated and is in conformance with all statutory requirements for industrial safety and that a proactive approach is adopted to ensuring the highest standards are achieved and maintained in this field Essential Qualifications NEBOSH Diploma. Desirable Qualifications Degree in .Engineering (or equivalent) Experience Required Minimum of 5 years in UK OHS working in a regulated industry preferably Nuclear: • experience of OHS system development • knowledge of UK HandS legislation • interfacing with other construction management disciplines on multi-discipline projects • Site-based construction and installations experience an ability to communicate in French (written and spoken) would be advantageous
