	Job Description
	Energen Personnel seeks a Lead Recruiter for its permanent nuclear and oil & gas recruitment activities. We are a cross-sector recruitment consultancy with sister companies involved in the provision of engineering consultancy services and online recruitment advertising. As a result, we have a wide range of resources and contacts at our disposal and can offer scope for career progression. For this role, you will need to have 4+ years of an excellent placement track record in engineering recruitment within either or both of the above engineering sectors as well as the ability to develop business with contacts you have previously developed - as well as establish new business. The desk is not 'cold' and we have a number of opportunities and clients for the successful candidate to work with. As recruitmnent tools, we have access to a number of advertising sources as well as CV databases that results in flexibility and speed of response. We are also finalising the imprementation of a bespoke web-based CV database. We are a company that prides itself on the provision of a quality service and as such, we are very results orientated. We are not an organisation that has canvassing targets that are unachievable. We prefer to focus our attention on the vacancies we have and choose which companies to develop business with.
