	Job Description
	Our client provide industry with a diverse range of both standard and bespoke designs and equipment which are robust, reliable, maintainable and cost effective. Products supplied range from components and sub assemblies through to rigs, instruments, systems and skid-mounted turn-key plants for processing hazardous materials. They experience throughout the design and manufacturing process and are able to support a project from the concept phase, through the development and delivery, into service and to its eventual decommissioning. Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to join their Mechanical Design Department. The successful individual will be responsible for using bespoke manipulators/tooling/machinery for the nuclear (decommissioning) sector. The individual will be responsible for working alone on smaller projects of working in a team of up to three other Mechanical Engineer’s on a larger project, reporting into the Lead Engineer. The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record in Mechanical Engineering in the nuclear / aerospace / power generation sectors.
