	A Pioneer Systems Analyst is required to join an expanding team. You must have • A degree / HNC /HND or higher level qualification in a relevant subject • Strong communication & IT skills • Experience in using large quantities of data and the application of complex data verification and manipulation routines Job Location Worthing or Brighton Salary  Up to 30,000 Document Job Description Job Information  This role provides the opportunity to develop a solid understanding of the economics of water and wastewater supply services, and the relationship between customers' wants and needs and the investment required to achieve them. You'll carry out investment modelling to define investment, outputs and activity for all above and below ground assets over the short, medium and long term. You'll also carry out validation, verification and improvement activity to maintain and improve the investment planning system. Working closely with colleagues you will construct models for each area of investment that are justifiable in terms of best asset management and regulatory practice. Of degree calibre and ideally with experience of applying Common Framework or similar planning methodologies in water or a similar environment, you can demonstrate a track record of operating complex computer modelling systems for asset management or similar, as well as successful use of large amounts of data and the application of data verification and manipulation routines. While experience or knowledge of Price Review would be an advantage, more important are strong communication and IT skills, plus the knowledge essential to establishing yourself as in-house, subject matter expert. An understanding of risk-based decision-making and the disciplines of Asset Management are also essential.
