	Job Description
	A background in TAR management. Successful candidates will have worked in a similar role within the Petrochemical Sector. You will have excellent leadership ability to build teams, resolve conflict, motivate, and develop subordinates. Key duties will involve: • Planning and preparation ready for turnaround • Monthly reporting of contract status • Managing site team • Maintaining good client relationships • Safety Auditing • Cost control monitoring • Site review meetings • End of contract review • Adhering to all company procedures and management systems • Ensuring technical integrity of all operations

	Qualifications Required
	Technical Apprenticeship and/or ONC (equivalent) in techmnical subject.
