	Job Description
	You will lead a small team and working to industry best practice standards you will provide programme management to deliver exceptional Asset Management aspects of our PR14 Business Plans, responses to the draft determination and assessment of final determination. This will include establishing and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues across the business, internal stakeholders and with Regulation to enable effective quality assurance controls and established and fully auditable governance process. Engagement is a key aspect of your role and securing it from both customers and key external stakeholders to ensure that they are informed and their views are reflected and understood is essential. Of graduate calibre and with experience gained in a similar leadership role in the water sector or from a similar business planning role, you'll be an accomplished programme and project manager, and an inspirational leader with the professional credibility essential to influencing at the highest level. As well as an understanding of the regulatory framework you'll have experience of implementing and running governance and quality assurance processes. Most importantly, you'll drive success by being a strategic thinker with a structured approach who can see the bigger picture when it comes to company aims and objectives. Exceptional critical analysis and strong reasoning skills are essential to reconciling often conflicting needs.
