	Job Description
	A key client of Matchtech group are looking for an experience and Chartered Process Engineer to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will preferably be chartered. They must possess an engineering degree. Candidates will have proven experience in one or more of the following; • Feasibility and Conceptual Studies for Oil and Gas developments; • Topsides and / or Subsea facilities; • FEED Studies; • Support to Offshore Operating Facilities; • Brownfield engineering modifications; • Simulation of complex facilities using HYSYS or similar. In addition to the above, the following attributes and experience are desirable: • Chartered engineer; • Exposure to the preparation of business proposals; • Managing engineering teams and workscopes; • Experienced in the mentoring, coaching and development of Junior engineers; • Effective communication, organisational and leadership skills; • Proven track record of successful project management; • Understanding of project economics and approval processes.
