 |
Right now, we're going through a period of astonishing growth and are looking for the best to join our dynamic and exciting team. In particular, we’re interested in recruiting a number of engineers to enhance our Probabilistic Safety Assessment (PSA) capability.
Nuclear industry experience is an advantage, however we are principally looking for engineers who have the capacity to adapt their existing expertise and skills to solve the challenges presented by a vibrant industry. The ability to work within a team, to build relationships with staff and clients at all levels is essential. Travel to other company or client sites may be necessary. Successful candidates will be required to undergo a security vetting process and offers of employment will be subject to relevant security clearance being granted Although our positions are full-time, there may be flexibility in working hours for the right candidates. |

Qualifications Required |
 |
 |
Ideal candidates will be degree qualified, with expertise and experience in more than two of the following areas: Reliability/availability/maintainability modelling and prediction Fault Tree Analysis Event Tree Analysis Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis Hazard assessments Risk Assessment Studies/Probabilistic Safety Assessments Root cause analyses of system failures. Human Reliability Analysis (e.g. HEART) Common Cause Failure Assessment The ability to integrate (the output from) the above processes into currently available PSA software tools would be a distinct advantage. |
