Job Description |

|
Our client Polimeri Europa, a global manufacturer and marketeer of petrochemical products are looking for between 4 and 7 new process operators.
The role will work on a shift basis with a rotation of:
2X 12 hour day shift, 2X 12 hour night shift and then 4 days off. This rota will be done for 7 sets before getting an 18 day break.
The salary will be:
26,000 p.a. for the first year moving up to 31,000 p.a. thereafter.
Suitable candidates:
- 5 A* - C GCSE grades including grade B at GCSE in Maths and English
- Any trade experiences/qualifications are beneficial
- Must be willing to work the rota system mentioned above
- Must have the ability to think on their feet and be adaptable
- Must be happy to work in a hazardous chemical environment
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability and willingness to work in a team
- Have the potential and drive to take them to a future supervisory role
