 |
One of Matchtechs clients are looking for an experienced Project Engineer with experience of Mooring Systems to join their expanding team.
Responsible for contractor's pipeline, mooring system and subsea power cables execution during detailed engineering, construction and installation phase.
Become familiar with pipeline and subsea power cables related contracts, Scope of Work, Design basis, technical specifications and requirements for assigned contractor
Coordinate with EPIC contractor for all pipeline and subsea power technical issues include design, procurement, construction and installation.
Ensure the contractor executes the work according to the contract scope of work, design basis and other technical documents in the agreed contract.
Handle technical issues, including drafting technical correspondence for PMT coordinator
Review deliverables including drawings and documents submitted by Contractors and provide comments
Early identify any potential technical risks that may impact project schedule and cost.
Ensure all engineering designs for the project are in high quality, and that all interfaces are properly addressed
Ensure all the work to be performed according with the approved procedures.
Work in construction yard and offshore to observe the work according to the related drawing or procedure requirement, report any failure or deviation, and suggest any solution method.
Witness the site work, include offshore and check the working progress, report any potential delay and suggest any improvement solution.
Work in both CACT's Shekou office and/or contractor's offices as required, including work in offshore during the installation phase
Accountable that all design and Operations complies with CACT EHS policies and Chinese legal regulations.
Is accountable that all procedures, materials and work methods complies with ABS and DNV guidelines as agreed between CACT and certifying authorities.
