	Job Description
	My client has a vacancy for Proposals Coordinator to join their team. Proposals Coordinator The main bulk of work is coordinating PQQs and tenders. Also involved in support of department in other ways as the work dictates. Building global cross business connections / contacts. General First professional-level position, with responsibilities in: proposal support, marketing, communications, and branding. Understands the strategy/vision of the assigned work group. Works under limited supervision. Requires broader working knowledge of business Practices and procedures in order to perform non-repetitive, analytical work of a moderately complex nature. Position uses a narrow application of principles, theories, concepts and draws on previous experience to determine a course of action. Participates in planning and scheduling to establish deadlines and ensures the timely completion of several independent tasks and short-term projects. Multiple tasks/projects are assigned and reviewed generally only upon completion. Tasks are more tactical in nature. It is ESSENTIAL for candidates to have previous experience with PQQ's and Tenders. All candidates who have NO experience with PQQ's and Tenders will not be considered. Ideally candidates will come from an environmental or water industry background although having worked in any design or build industry would also be suitable.
