	Job Description
	My client has a vacancy for a Proposals Engineer to join their expanding team. Primary Purpose: Will have responsibilities across the following related areas: marketing, branding, proposal support and communication. The primary purpose of this role is to bring technical / engineering expertise to the Marketing & Pursuits team to provide a high level of original scripting of entire proposal and presentation documentation and quality control over technical writing in a variety of outgoing communications materials (e.g. Prequalification and Tender proposal submissions or company capability presentation materials). • Prepares and co-ordinates pre-qualification and tender document submissions (may act in a role supporting the client services managers / proposal managers or in an independent lead role using own initiative and co-ordination capability) • Liaises with proposal team members and ensures timely delivery of required input from the individual team members, collates and produces the final submission documents • Participates in the development and implementation of pursuit plans required for statements of qualifications, proposals, and presentations. • Supports Client Account managers in recoding, maintenance and tracking of new business opportunities in the ECRM system and throughout the formal proposal approval and review process It is ESSENTIAL for to have the following: Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process or Civil Engineering.
