	Energen Personnel is a recruitment consultancy recruiting to the oil and gas, nuclear, defence and renewable energy sectors. These are exciting times for us and we are looking to expand our team with an additional recruitment consultant and are flexible on the location from which the individual will work. You can either be based in our Cheshire office or anywhere in the UK as we have bespoke web-based database tools that allow real-time access worldwide. We seek a recruiter with a demonstrable track record of success recruiting into one or more of the above industries that can bring their knowledge, experience and good practice to the team. The role is mostly vacancy and candidate focussed. Our focus is on getting to know the clients and candidates we talk to and use that knowledge to fill vacancies with the most appropriate people. Through doing this as well as taking in new clients, you will be able to meet and exceed your revenue targets. We have established contracts with a number of companies across industries and as such, this would not be a 'cold desk'. You will be targeted for ongoing business development - but it certainly will not dominate your day. As we are looking for someone experienced, you will be expected to use your knowledge and experience to quickly begin to deliver results. You will fully appreciate that recruitment is not a 9-5 role but within that, we recognise that we can be flexible for your personal circumstances. We are an ambitious organisation and are looking for like-minded individuals that can come in and grow their position within the business. Essential: A minimum of 4 years recent/current experience as a recruitment consultant in a recruitment consultancy/agency. A minimum of 2 years experience recruiting to the nuclear energy sector. A successful track record in the above. Salary will depend on the experience of the individual.
