Our client are a £60M engineering consultancy company, who offer a wide-ranging engineering experience to a number of diverse sectors and is a leading provider of design and engineering services in Europe within the Nuclear, Defence and Aerospace sectors.
Their nuclear submarine client in the central part of England is due to undertake its Periodic Safety Review from 2009, with a Regulatory Decision Date at the end of 2012. This project is wide-ranging and effectively requires a full review and update of many aspects of site operations and the associated facility and system specific safety cases.
You will have the ability to work with Hazard Identification (HAZOP Chair and Secretary Roles) Hazard Analysis (Quantitative Risk Assessment) Specialist Assessment Interpretation and Sentencing Facility Safety Case(s) Key Project Safety Cases Individual Modification Justifications
Due to the nature of the work, this position will be principally based on the Core Design and Manufacture site in Derbyshire.
