	My client is looking for a number of Senior Hydraulic Modellers to work from Peterborough, Derby, Epsom, Bristol or Edinburough. Senior Hydraulic Modeller Job Description My client is recruiting for a number of Senior Hydraulic Modellers to join the Wastewater Networks team in the UK (Edinburgh, Bristol, Epsom, Derby & Peterborough). The roles in our Derby and Peterborough offices are of particular priority as there are a growing portfolio of interesting modelling work in these regions and is looking for candidates with excellent client engagement, project and people management skills. Successful candidates will join an established national team of modellers and multi-disciplinary engineering staff, and will play a key role in delivering existing Wastewater Modelling programme of work for the UK and international water industry. Successful candidates will also have an important responsibility for developing our technical expertise nationally and internationally and will be expected to contribute towards the overall future development of our business Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering (other disciplines or qualifications will be considered depending on experience). Experience in drainage design and sewer network modelling using Infoworks. Understanding of UK Water Industry and regulatory issues. Capable of mentoring and providing technical leadership to a team of 10 modellers Experience in project management and working with accredited quality management systems. Available for secondment to Atkins UK and Client offices Responsibilities Technical and project management of drainage area studies and other projects including drainage, FRA's, option development. Interfacing with clients on project and business development issues. Mentoring of junior staff. Preparation of bid documents and estimates. Supervision of project teams and supporting the Business Manager in resource planning. Contributing towards technical innovation and improvement workgroups.
