	Job Description
	One of Matchtechs key clients are looking for an experienced offshore Project Engineer to join their team. The candidate must have FPSO experience. Qualifications & Experience: The job holder must have: Extensive relevant experience in an offshore Oil and Gas projects environment. Previous experience in a similar position in an installation and construction management role responsible for construction and offshore installation work scopes on large offshore oil and gas production developments. Some offshore installation experience is considered essential. The job holder must have proven: Appropriate management skills and experience to propose, agree and instigate changes to work procedures and plans and to adequately document such changes. Ability to make and effectively communicate decisions in an offshore working environment. Good working knowledge of project planning and control systems. Ability to identify and resolve QA & HSE issues.
