	Job Description
	My client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work from their North London Office. The role responsibilities: To provide a service to project and senior management covering all financial and contractual aspects of assigned projects, including preparing contractual claims, costing variation trends and extra works, preparing valuations and ensuring payments are received in accordance with contract conditions, administering subcontractor accounts and issuing subcontracts. Applicants should have significant, demonstrable experience working on large M&E or civil projects, preferably coupled with a formal qualification in quantity surveying or equivalent. Whilst the QS roles are predominately office based, due to the nature of the role, travel throughout the UK (including overnight stays) will be required and candidates must be able and prepared to do this. Ideally candidates will have the following: UK water industry experience Degree qualified Previous working experience with a Contractor. Been familiar with managing projects in excess of 10 million.
