	Job Description
	The equipment is associated with loading /unloading fluids and cryogenic liquids between shore and tanker. We require a Structural Design Engineer (Steelwork) looking for a long term career move. Interested candidates will work in the following areas- • Review technical specifications • Perform required calculations needed to ensure structural product integrity. • Produce stress reports for clients review. • Assist in preparing bid and tendering packages. • Work with both customers and suppliers to resolve structural components system's issues. Qualifications/Experience • HNC Mechanical / Structural Engineering (min), degree preferred • Experience in steel structural analysis (ideally 5 years) • Will be proficient in finite element analysis. • Familiarity with industry design codes (ASME) together with an understanding of relevant fabrication techniques and connection detailing of steel structures. • Experience working for a manufacturing company • Manufacturing /Petrochem experience desirable. This post requires an individual with a high degree of technical expertise. The candidate will need skills in Excel, word, Autocad, Solidworks and at least one of the following structural analysis software packages Strand 7, Framesolver, Staad Pro and Ansys.Matchtech Group Plc is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
