	Job Description
	Our client is currently searching for a DV Cleared Technical Author to work in the Nuclear Defence Sector. Clearance: Due to the urgency of this position and the type of work involved, MOD DV Clearance is essential. Key Responsibilities: - To ensure the production of a series of business cases in line with the project programme, or as directed by the Senior Project Manager. Qualifications: - Good technical background in the engineering aspects (easily picks up engineering concepts in Mechanical; Electrical and C&I preferably in an Radiologically contaminated Environment) preferably with experience in a nuclear environment. A recognised qualification in Engineering or Science would be of benefit. Knowledge: - Experience in writing technical documents, and business cases is essential; - An understanding of project delivery; - An understanding of business drivers; & - An understanding of production environment would be of benefit. Skills: - Excellent written communication skills; - Good oral communication and good interactive skills; - Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office software; & - Easily picks up engineering concepts in Mechanical; Electrical and C&I preferably in a radiologically contaminated environment.
