	Job Description
	Energen Personnel is a recruitment consultancy dealing with the oil and gas and nuclear sectors. We seek a recrutment consultant with experience of making permanent engineering placements in these industries. You will have a successful background in one/more of the above as well as the drive to succeed. We provide comprehensive database, advertising and other tools to get the job done to your own, our and our clients satisfaction. The role is full-time and requires someone to work the hours needed to achieve your targets. The majority of these hours need to be during business hours. However, we can also offer elements of flexibility to support family/working arrangements. As we have invested heavily in web-based database technology, webcams, instant messaging, etc we are in a position to offer this role to a candidate based in any location in the UK with successful experience in one or more of the above industries. As you will be home-based but will be in a client and candidate orientated role, you must have the ability to ensure a high quality working environment free of interruptions. Energen Personnel is a business that is led by outcomes and results (placements). We aren't obsessed with beating you over the head with never-ending canvassing targets, sales funnels, etc. We are more interested in developing strategic business relationships with clients and delivering on their needs - which leads to a healthy placement pipeline. As a result, the main target is to fill the jobs we have - as well as pick out strategic new clients we want to work with.
